Travel rate reduction

Effective 10-21-11 we will be billing half our normal rate for in transit time. We hope this brings us in line with current billing practices of the industry.

Historical Buildng Consulting

We have been involved with many historical building losses, we over see the cost review and if necessary the restoration all the way through. This includes reviewing the proposals, research of material costs, finding the most cost effective acceptable repair process, We have contacts with speciality equipment for more productive means of restoration.

We have worked along side conservators to decide the best and most cost effective way to restore the fabric of the structure with out compromising the historic aspect of the site.

Working a 50,000 square foot ski lodge suffering from flooding after Hurricane Irene. This is the second loss at this facility due to flooding in a year. Six inches of mud and silt through out the facility. Lift controls affected this time, They had just replaced several thousand SY of carpet from the first event
